Universal Life Energy

Reiki is akin to the energy that allows the grass to grow and the wind to blow. A harmonizing, purifying energy that has its own natural intelligence. This energy works on all levels: the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual helping bring us back to our natural state of peace and well being. It is like an untangling, a combing out of the energetic lines of the body.


the Breathwork

Transformational Breathwork is the most powerful tool I have found to help us get out of our head and in touch with our Spirits. Through this active meditation we are able to let go, even just a little.. Then, once the mind is less in the way there are many other levels of our being to work with, tap into and explore. We are able to viscerally feel where our blocks lie and through the breath, actively move through them. Getting to the deeper, clearer parts of our being. It is indeed a fun and wild ride.


Reiki & Energy work are $80 an hour or a commitment to 4 hour long session for $300

or treat yourself to a two hour long treatment for $150

Breathwork is $80 a session or a commitment of 4 for $300
